Jay Z and Rihanna totally blew away the crowds with surprise guests and flawless performances showing us exactly why they were the headline acts.
Eager to get on stage before her own slot, Rihanna joined Jay Z on Saturday performing 'Run This Town' to a pumped up crowd. Returning the favour, Jay Z then came on stage on Sunday night treating guests who missed him the night before to perform three tracks alongside 'RihRih'. Also joining Jay Z for his set was British rapper M.I.A who had a mishap on stage when her microphone didn't turn on throughout her first two songs although the problem was sorted at least in time for her latest hit 'Bad Girls'.
After all the excitement of Rihanna and M.I.A, Jay Z treated fans to another super star in the form of Kanye West, which had the crowd going 'cray'. Many people missed the Watch The Throne tour that took place last month in London, but were treated to some of the biggest tracks from the album including the popular 'N***** In Paris'.
Rihanna’s turn to headline the festival came on Sunday and she did not disappoint, especially after so many rumours about her health and state of mind recently. Dressed in a cool outfit with her Air Yeezy 2 (Kanye West's new sneaker line) trainers on she showed us that although her voice isn't sensational, she knows exactly how to dance and entertain a crowd.
With an Egyptian set design and theme throughout her performance, Rihanna interacted with the crowd, regularly running off stage to be closer to her fans. She topped the night off by performing her huge hit 'We Found Love' which was followed by an amazing firework display above the stage.
