Showing off her famous curves in pair of black leggings and a tank top - and trading in her usual stilettos for a pair of bright-pink running shoes, the sexy reality star prepared to hit the gym after spending time at a local tanning salon in Studio City, Calif., on Sunday.
A completely make-up-free Kardashian, 31, appeared relaxed and stress-free as she exited the salon, occasionally stopping to check her phone.
The casual look was miles away from Kardashian’s usual glammed-up appearance on the red carpet.
The star's fresh-faced outing came just as older sister Kourtney prepared to give birth to her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The couple, who also have a two-year-old son Mason, welcomed Penelope Scotland Disick early Sunday.
And it seems Kim couldn't be more excited to be an aunt again.
"Welcome to the world Penelope Scotland Disick!" she wrote on her blog Sunday night. "The whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect."
