Just when we thought Emma Stone's reign over the summer magazine cover game was tapering off, along came August and the month's installment of British Vogue. The Amazing Spider-Man leading lady has graced the cover of more than four magazines in the last month, from Vogue to New York Magazine to Italian Glamour. Apparently, just because the Fourth of July is now under our belts, Emma doesn't have any plans to relinquish her title as Summer Cover Queen™ any time soon.She looks more appropriately dressed for chilly October afternoon, swaddled in a knubbly houndstooth knit and a wool cab hat (the autumnal cover lines don't help much either), but this is, in fact, the cover of the UK mag's August issue. Listen up, British Vogue. We just returned to the office after an all-too brief rendezvous with the beach, and despite the blistering 93-degree sauna that awaits us outside our double paned windows, we aren't quite ready to give up on summer yet. Though, if you revealed a little more of Emma's cover spread (which we're sure is glitteringly perfect), we just MIGHT be bothered to start fantasizing about the cool layering and mixture of textures that await us come fall. *WINK*
